To aid the care, you receive in the office, it’s important to move at least once an hour throughout the day. Moving your monitor, keyboard and mouse so that they are in the correct positions for your body when it’s seated are also crucial steps to take. Finding a seat or cushion which supports you in an upright position, without compromising your lower back and spinal curves is also important.

If you are in a situation where items cannot be moved, Dr. Kim will give you advice on how to mitigate or decrease the stresses that are being placed upon you in your environment.
